Job description
As our Account Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. You will address and resolve customer inquiries, schedule pest control services, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Additionally, you will conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, identify, and maintain relationships with existing customers. You will also review and review service reports, collect payments, and assist with software updates and training. Lastly, the role includes supporting the billing department with account management and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Efficiently transfer calls to the relevant department or personnel, ensuring a smooth and effective communication workflow.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Assist in scheduling pest control services, coordinating with technicians for timely service delivery, and providing information on service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Regularly update customer accounts and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved post sale
- Stay informed about company services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets. Prepare and present quotes to customers, converting leads to sales.
- Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized solutions.
- Batch out and review all service reports submitted by assigned technicians. Edit reports, collect payments, and set up conditions as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the implementation, updates, and training for new software, providing ongoing support.
- Support the billing department with location statuses and manage accounts on prehold/hold status.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Pest Control Experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Account Handling
- Working computer
- Comfortable working in EST
