As the Sales Performance Mentor, you will provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales team members, enhancing their sales techniques, negotiating skills, and closing strategies. You will conduct regular performance assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address performance gaps. You will collaborate with sales managers to set and monitor progress towards sales goals, offering ongoing feedback and support. Additionally, you will foster a positive and motivating environment within the team, stay updated on industry trends, and incorporate new insights into coaching sessions and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales team members, focusing on improving their sales techniques, negotiating skills, and closing strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments of individual and team performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps in performance.
- Collaborate with sales managers to establish challenging yet achievable sales goals for team members. Monitor progress towards goals and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and effective communication techniques to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives. Share best practices and innovative approaches to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment within the sales team. Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence among team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Incorporate new knowledge and insights into coaching sessions and training programs.
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Pest Control Experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience
- Working computer
- Comfortable working in EST
