As our Social Media Specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, creating and scheduling content across our social media platforms. You will monitor and respond to social media interactions promptly and professionally, analyze social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations, and collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency. The role involves managing social media advertising campaigns, engaging with online communities and influencers, and monitoring competitors and industry trends. Additionally, you are expected to stay updated on social media best practices, create and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting, and seek opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Engage with online communities and influencers to build relationships and foster partnerships.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and consistent posting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Pest Control Experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in handling Social Media
- Working computer
- Comfortable working in EST
