Position: Sales Performance Mentor/Coach (Part Time) Work Location: Remote Pestrol Inc. is a family-owned and operated pest control business that has been servicing Residential, Commercial customers throughout New York State. Come and JOIN our team. We are currently looking for a highly ambitious, goal-driven experienced Sales Performance Mentor/Coach who can work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales team members, focusing on improving their sales techniques, negotiating skills, and closing strategies.
• Conduct regular assessments of individual and team performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps in performance.
• Collaborate with sales managers to establish challenging yet achievable sales goals for team members. Monitor progress towards goals and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and effective communication techniques to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
• Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives. Share best practices and innovative approaches to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment within the sales team. Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence among team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Incorporate new knowledge and insights into coaching sessions and training programs.

Qualifications:

• College graduate
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
• Pest Control Experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience
• Working computer
• Comfortable working in EST
