RAT CONTROL
For residential and commercial establishments, seeing rats in New York or New Jersey is not uncommon. Because rats can pose public health concerns, the department of health has taken rodent complaints very seriously.
Controlling rats within your home or business may be more challenging than one might think. You may be able to trap a few rats placing sticky traps or snap traps but to fully eradicate an established rat population this method won’t work. RAT IDENTIFICATION
There are several rat species throughout the world, but Norway rats are the most common rats in New York and New Jersey. Norway rats are believed to be of Asian origin but are now found throughout the world. Norway rats have smaller eyes and ears and shorter tails, brown with scattered black hairs; gray to white underside, 7-9 ½ inches long with 4 legs.

Covered Pests for "RATS" includes Norway Rat and Roof Rat. If heavy duty rodent proofing (sink removal, plastering, ect…) is needed Pestrol will provide pricing. Rodent treatment must be purchased and provided before Pestrol can provide pricing for heavy duty rodent proofing. Coverage for additional pests is available for an additional charge.
SERVICE WARRANTY must be purchased separately or included in service plan. If warranty is not purchased or included in service plan return charges will apply.
